👉 How do I order a magnet?

Simply upload your photo, and add optional text. You’ll see a preview before checkout.

👉 What photo quality do I need?

Clear, high-resolution photos (at least 1000 x 1000px) give the best results.

👉 How to convert a HEIC file?

On iPhone (Quickest):
Photos app → Share → Save to Files → choose .jpg

On Mac:
Preview → File → Export → select JPEG/PNG

On Windows:
Right-click photo → Open With Photos → ... → Save As → JPEG/PNG

👉 How long does it take?

We make your magnets in 2–4 business days, then ship in Australia-wide in 3–7 business days. Express shipping is available.

Right now, we ship within Australia only.

👉 Are magnets waterproof?

They’re splash-resistant but not waterproof — avoid soaking them.

👉 How strong are they?

Our magnets are strong enough to hold a few sheets of paper securely on your fridge.

👉 Can I return my order?

As items are custom-made, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns. But if there’s a fault, we’ll replace it — just contact us within 7 days.
