How to Create Your Custom Magnet

1. Click Customise.
2. Upload your photo:
• Click the orange + symbol, then go to Uploads (right-hand side).
• Accepted file types: JPEG, PNG, SVG, PDF, EPS, AI.
• Note: HEIC files (from iPhones) aren’t supported. See our quick guide below to convert them.
3. Choose your upload source: From Your Device or Facebook.
4. Position your photo so it fully covers the grey box.
5. (Optional) Add Text:
• Click the text button (or click outside your image to make the orange + symbol appear).
• Customise text position, size, font, and colour.
• Maximum: 50 characters.
6. Click Preview to check your design.
7. Happy with your magnet? Click Add to Cart. Want changes? Click the black X to keep editing.

If your photo is in HEIC format, you’ll need to convert it to JPEG or PNG before uploading. Here are three simple ways:
